In his illustrious career spanning over 37 Years he has worked in different capacities such as Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department; First CEO, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Director – General of Shipping, Govt of India and Secretary, Department of Shipping, Road Transport & Highways.

Mr Anil Devli, a lawyer by profession and is currently on board of Shreyas Shipping and Logistics limited and Shreyas Relay Systems Limited as Executive Director. He is also on the board of Indian National Shipowners Association and is Vice Chairman of The Container Shipping Lines Association (India). He is actively engaged in development of Indo-Pak Trade via Sea route.

Mr. Narayan Ramchandran is currently Managing Director & CEO of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) (India). He is the County Head and leads all Morgan Stanley’s activities in India. He is currently on board of Companies like MISM Australia; MNR Filters Pvt Ltd 2007; Impax Corporation 1995; MISM Singapore 2003.

Lt. Gen. (Retd) Hari Prasad, PYSM, UYSM, AVSM, VSM, a senior defence personal with 41 years of experience in Strategic and Perspective planning, Operational Art, Conventional and Counter Terrorist Operations, Crisis Management, Human Resource Development, Disaster Management and Man Management.

Mr. P.V. Maiya a Banker by Profession with 36 years of Banking Sector experience. He has been first Managing Director and CEO of Central Depositary Services Ltd and Ex Chairman and CEO of ICICI Bank Ltd. Post retirement he has been on the board of Indian Bank, Brigade Enterprises Pvt Limited, Canbank Mutual Fund, Cananra Bank etc.

Capt. Rajiv R Pradhan (51) is a Certified FG Master with Dangerous Cargo Endorsement. An experienced Pilot, he has handled tankers upto 3,15,000 MT DWT. He has over 28 years of experience and worked with Scindia Steam Navigating Company, Inter Maritime Management of Singapore, Malaysian International Shipping Corporation, Port of Kandla & SBM (Vadinar), Port of Nauru, Pacfic Ocean, Valles Steamship Limited (Canada) Panama Steamship Limited.

Lt.Gen (Retd) Hari Prasad had served as Colonel General Staff (Planning) in the Cabinet Secretariat (Military Wing) and at the Army Head Quarters as Deputy Director General Personal Staff, Additional Military Secretary and the Director General of Infantry. Operationally he had held the prestigious position of Commander-in-Chief of India’s Northern Army and had played a key role in combating terrorist during operations in J & K etc. He is a highly decorated officer and has been bestowed with Vishist Seva Medal, Ati Vishist Seva Medal, Uttam Yudh Seva Medal and finally Param Vishist Seva Medal in 2004 for exceptional and dynamic command of 12 Corps during operation Parakram and the Northern Army in low intensity conflict in J&K

Mr. C. Parthasarathy is a holder of Graduate Degrees in Science and Law who is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the Chairman & Managing Director of Karvy Consultants Limited and one of the Promoters of Karvy Securities Private Limited and Karvy Stock Broking Limited. He has 22 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Parathasarathy has been a guiding force for the company for several years and had contributed in immense measure for Company to achieve its present stature.
