The Company is managed by a Board of Directors comprising of Nine Directors of which four are Promoter Directors i.e. Mr P. Jairaj Kumar, Mr Sanjeev Dhawan, Mr A. K. Sawhney and Mr. R. Virender Prasad.
		Mr Jairaj Kumar is a graduate from Marine Engineering College (Calcutta) and has a Certificate of Competency as Chief Engineer, issued by Dept. of Transport, U.K. He has extensive marine experience having worked with Great Eastern Shipping Co Ltd, Mobil Shipping Co (London), Novopan India Ltd and Fishing Falcons Ltd. Mr Jairaj Kumar functions as the Managing Director of the Company. He is responsible for the overall business development of the Company.
		Mr Sanjeev Dhawan a graduate from Marine Engineering College (Calcutta) has a Certificate of Competency as Chief Engineer, issued by Dept. of Transport, U.K. He has extensive marine experience having worked with Great Eastern Shipping Co Ltd, Mobil Shipping Co (London) and Barber Ship Management (Hong Kong). He is the Joint Managing Director and is responsible for the project management of the Company.
		Mr A K Sawhney is also a graduate from Marine Engineering College (Calcutta) and has a Certificate of Competency as Chief Engineer issued by Director General of Shipping, Ministry of Surface Transport. He has served as a sea going engineer and Chief Engineer with Great Eastern Shipping Co Ltd. He is the Director (Technical) of the Company.
		Mr. R Virender Prasad A Chartered Accountant by qualification Mr. Prasad has over 20 years of Financial Advisory experience. Apart from being a renowned Finance and Tax consultant Mr. Prasad has played a key role in pioneering deep sea Tuna fishing in India. He is the Director- Commercial of the Company.
